Mr. Hoggatt's experience as an Assistant District Attorney instills a deep understanding of criminal justice. He fights tirelessly for public safety. Holden earned his Juris Doctor and Graduate Diploma in Civil Law from LSU Law School and his bachelor's degree in Spanish and Political Science from Millsaps College. He further bolstered his business expertise with a Certificate in Foreign Direct Investment and Commercial Law of China from Tsinghua University in Beijing, providing a global business perspective.
